Les Bergerons is a farm complex with around 30 hectares of varied terrain with meadows and chestnut forests. The buildings date from around 1200 - 1400 AD. and have recently been completely restored and the interior has completely been renovated. The complex is surrounded by nature (fields and forests), neighbors are not visible and it has a beautiful view over the Rhone valley. A small country road leads to it. In addition to the owners' house, there are two houses that are for rent, "the Atelier" and "Maison Elise". There is a swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters with a large terrace that can be used. Therefore, the use of the pool is only private if there are no other tenants and the owners are not there either. The swimming pool is fenced according to French safety standards.

The building complex and the swimming pool have fantastic views over the Balcon du Rhône, the Vercors and in very clear weather you can see the Alps. The Dutch owners have bought the other buildings / houses of the complex to keep its stillness, to keep it together and to restore it and thus to preserve the history.
