Option A of Elise (165 m2) is ideal for 4 or 5 people; in the upper bedroom it is easy to place a bed for a 3rd child.
Option B of Elise (210 m2) is ideal for a family with several children or several adults and several children. In principle, the sofa bed on the mezzanine does not have to be used. It is more pleasant to place beds in the large bedroom.
